Jesus clearly warned the church that in the last days there would be much deception, false prophets and false teachers. This is not an attempt to identify every deceptive ministry, but rather we are asking what there is in our souls that makes us so vulnerable. If you want you may look in your Bible to the 20th Chapter of Acts. You know, I was just thinking while we were singing here today, when I get on a big airplane to fly and I come in through the door and the cockpit for the pilot is on my left and the pilot is almost always sitting there already waiting. I don’t usually see the man’s face, but I see the back of his head and if I see gray hair I feel good because I know he is an experienced (elder) pilot. I’m sure he has been in trouble before, he has lived and he has come through it. Amen. Do you remember the pilot that landed the airplane in the Hudson River by New York City? Birds got in the engine. It is most unusual that he could land that airplane in the river and it didn’t sink. So God has a purpose for elders in the church, in the natural and in the spiritual. Amen. His Kingdom in Man’s Soul
We are preaching that God wants sons. We know that when we are born again we become a child of God. When we accept the blood of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins we are a new creature, old things are passed away (2Co 5:17), but we are still a child. If you come to Christ when you are seventy years old – you are still a child. If you came to Christ when you are ten years old and you are now seventy years old and you did not walk in the fullness of Christ – you are still a child. God wants us to be mature. Interview with Red, the Ukrainian
We are delighted to have found the interview we did with this man from Ukraine when we were there in 1995. He was nearly 89 years old at the time. When we returned one year later we discovered that he had died and gone to his heavenly reward. This interview is an attempt to preserve the testimony of one of many thousands who have suffered and died because of their faith. This testimony concerns his life in the 1940s.

Putting off the Old Man
Inspired by an article by a Bible teacher Ed Corley (whom the author has never met and who most probably has passed on to his heavenly reward), the author decided to use some of the principles in a teaching that was given at a conference among young Christians in the Czech Republic. Paul clearly tells the Ephesus believers that they are not to walk as the Gentiles (the world) and are to put off the ways of the old man (the fallen Adamic nature). Through spiritual warfare we can now take possession of our earth, our soul and flesh, through the power of the Holy Spirit in putting on the new man, Christ Jesus.

Samson
Samson was a man who was called to a specific purpose. He was a man who was sanctified. He was a man who was set aside. He was a man who had a calling. He was a man who was meant to fulfill his calling. He was a man who knew the authority, the might and the power of God. In that sense, he is a man who, in type, speaks of Christ. In a spiritual sense, He also speaks of a type of the sons of God (those who walk in the power of Christ). In the natural, physical, Adamic sense, there is much failure in his life.
